What Definecook Mold Help Does

Definecook Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not do mold inspections, sampling, lab testing, removal, cleaning, repairs or any related work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Definecook Mold Help may receive payment from providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Definecook Mold Help. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work, including any test results
• Its licenses, insurance, training and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded. This is done for quality, verification and billing.
