What the Service Is

Definecook Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not inspect, take samples, test, remove mold, clean or repair anything. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license the work requires, and get an estimate in writing.

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@definecook.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The words and design on this site belong to Definecook Mold Help or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Definecook Mold Help is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
